1918 Lounge – communal gathering space for older adults. The Lounge features extensive seating areas, a coffee bar, fireplace, puzzles, and tables for activities, and opens onto the large, multi-purpose outdoor deck.
The Deck – with direct access from the 1918 Lounge or main corridor, this multi-purpose outdoor area can be used for social gatherings and programming, such as outdoor Yoga and mat Pilates classes.
Board Room – an executive level meeting space accommodating up to 24 people around a large table, equipped with technology for business meetings. This space is available for rentals.

The James Supportive Care – provides services that encompass holistic assessments during and after cancer treatment.
Art Room – suitable for a variety of art mediums, the Art Room features large windows with natural, north-facing lighting, chairs and adjustable tables.
Program Rooms – two program rooms can be configured to fit multiple program types. Each room is equipped with chairs, tables and AV equipment.
Wellness Room – provides a small room for an individual seeking quiet space to step away from the active areas. A comfortable chair allows a place to rest, reset or reflect, as well a place for privacy for nursing moms. Customers can contact staff for access.
