Facility Rentals
Several spaces within the Bob Crane Community Center will be available for rentals. Below is an overview of these facilities and pricing.
Event Center Early Bird Special!
The Bob Crane Community Center Event Center will be available for rentals starting next summer. As an incentive for any individuals or groups looking to secure an event space next year, we will be offering a 25% discount on rental fees for renting the entire Event Center (three combined rooms), if your booking is secured by December 31, 2024. Facility Rental Details
The Event Center is located on Level 5, and features:
- A large event space that can accommodate up to 250 guests (banquet style)
- This space can be split into three smaller meeting spaces that can each accommodate 42 to 56 people each seated classroom style, or 69 to 94 each seated in rows for a lecture or presentation
- Skyline Balcony – south facing outdoor patio
- Catering kitchen equipped to support food service for events
- Green Room – dressing room/pre-event space
- Audio-visual equipment
- The Gallery – featuring art exhibits showcasing regional artists. The gathering space can extend events or be used for remote work and lounge space.
- The Event Center provides natural light with motorized shades
- Service elevator for food delivery, separate from guest entrance/access

The Community Center will feature the Main Gym – with two regular full-court gymnasiums with wood flooring – and the Auxiliary Gym – a full court with rubberized flooring that can be used for multiple activities. All three gymnasiums will be lined for basketball, volleyball and pickleball and are available for rental at the following rates:

The Community Center will feature six program spaces, including multi-purpose rooms, a Board Room (for business and community group meetings), fitness classrooms, and an art classroom. These facilities will be available for rental at the following rates:
