Customer Account Verification
In preparation for the opening of the Bob Crane Community Center, UA Parks & Rec will be updating its customer account database.
BEGINNING MONDAY, AUGUST 19, all UA Residents who have a household account with UA Parks & Rec will be required to verify their account information, including members of their household, and to submit proof of residency (submit via RecTrac account, or bring to the UA Parks & Rec Office, at 3600 Tremont Road). Acceptable documents may include a driver’s license or copy of a utility bill. For any questions on acceptable documents, contact UA Parks & Rec at 614-583-5300.
Any resident households that have not been verified by FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 8 will be marked as a non-resident household and charged at the non-resident rate until this step has been completed.
